Uretech's team of material scientists has developed a new generation dental film for clear aligner and retainer material, Uremono®, after hundreds of experiments. Uremono® is a single-layer film made of medical-grade copolyester. The aligners and retainers made from Uremono® are clearer, have a better texture, and exhibit stronger stain resistance. In terms of performance, they provide gentle and gradual release of orthodontic force. From the stress release curve, it can be observed that Uremono® releases stress more gently than TPU film and can sustainably provide sufficient force to achieve the clinical efficacy.
